Don’t really do dishwashers, but agreed to look at this for a good customer, base is flooded but i don’t know why?
No obvious leaks but fill matrix thingy on side looks a bit blocked, I’d be gratefull for any pointers on this, thanks in advance.

Bosch based machine, access to the innards is very restricted and often involves a major strip down to access.

The main leaks I have encountered are main circulation pump, seals on top of the heater box, tiny pin holes in the inner tub next to the salt filler cap amongst others.

I once had one with hairline split in the heater box, took me ages to track it down. 😥

Drain off water & dry as best you can.
    Clean matrix / tube.

Then with the sides still off give it a whirl & watch.

You may find it dosen’t leak & was due to tablet (doubling up on rinse aid) used or customer opening door during cycle.
