    Hi can anybody help
    Have a customer with a Kenwood D/W model KDW243A
    with error code E3

    A) If the heating element has remained ON past its preset time. The
    dishwasher will continue on to the next programme. At the end of the
    cycle the alarm will sound for 30 seconds and the display will read “E3”.
    B) When the control unit detects the element is heating in a non heating
    cycle, or the element is open circuit (O/C), the alarm will sound for 30
    seconds and the display will read “E3”. The machine will pause for 3
    minutes and then drain for 90 seconds.

    more than likely 1 of the 2 stats under the heating element! come as a pair from connect!
