    Hi,
My Bosch washing machine is not emptying water when rinsing, which is making it alarm and not go any further in the cycle.

We have checked that the eco ball is not sticking and we have cleaned the pipes etc.

The machine is 9 years old and we are wondering whether we call out an engineer and get it repaired or should we just bite the bullet and buy a new machine?

Does anyone have any ideas what the problem may be and how much roughly it would cost to mend it? Any suggestions gratefully received!!
    Thankyou.

    Hi Carolyn

Does your Bosch have a filter on the front of the machine and have you checked it ? ENR number from the inside of the door would be handy too 😉

    Hi Don,
    Thanks for your reply.

The machine number inside the door is: E-Nr WFP3300GB/01 FD8106 00720

Yes, it does have a filter on the front – we have checked and cleaned it. We are really in a quandry – do we repair the machine or buy a new one?

You have a very good quality machine in that Bosch. I would have it repaired as long as a value repair can be done. You could try the find an engineer link in your post for a local repairer.

If it turns out to be replacement time then Bosch is still a good alternative or our own ISE machines are worthy of a look.

    HTH 🙂
