I have an ISE AW23 in warranty that has developed an annoying squeak. I’m trying to get an engineer to come & look at it but can’t get a response from ISE.
They are not answering their phone (I’m calling 0845 226 1268) and haven’t responded to my email.
Phones can be busy, especially on a Monday which can lead to delayed answering and, if you sent a mail in over weekend, there’s no-one in the office answering until Monday morning, when it’s busy. 😉
