ok, well on the gias website, the only one listed for that serial number is 41021737

there are other oph714 machins listed, 7 in fact, but your reall supposed to go off the serial number, the first 8 digits of which are the product code

if your sure its not right, the heater listed as having an ntc on other models is 41028717

but 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} on the gias website says its the 41021737

the screen grab i posted, if you look, shows the exact product code on the top left, so as u can see, heaters and parts tend to be models specific

    good luck

Its a pity we cant all access that site, we seem to have such trouble getting accurate part numbers for candy group products. 🙁

Well dare I say it but CDSL (Connect) do at least cover most of their stuff on their site with schematics to help identify paRTS. But never to worry if you can’t find what you’re after just post and we will no doubt help if you can’t find what you are looking for. 😀
