    You must be entering the wrong number, can you post the ‘Service’ number from your machine, its a 12 digit number.

    tried that. i type in the model no awg5122 up came service no 853722915001 but the service no on the machine is853722915000
    downloaded both no and up came instructions for a wine cellar and i dont like wine

    I think the Whirlpool upload has sent up the incorrect instructions as I have tried all the 12 number codes for the white and silver versions of the AWG5122.

    I guess the only way to proceed would be to give them a ring on 0844 815 8989.
