    Hi Guys
    This machine washes ok but has the time counts down on the spin it gets to 5 mins. then jumps to 1 min. Any ideas.

    motor brushes or faulty motor.

    Seem to remember that heater element / or burnt terminal to it, can also cause this; may be wrong.

    Have the brushes just been replaced? As new ones ‘bed in’ you can get this for the first few washes? If not, as others have said, motor on the way out.

    the brushe have not been changed, they are ok. It stops at the same time every time.
