Hi everyone
Don’t get many of these in my patch Hope someone can help.
Been out to this one and fridge display is showing 15 degs but milk and food seems to be chilled and food in freezer is frozen solid.
Pressed both top buttons to test it(read this in a post) and the right hand fridge temperature display digit showed two horizontal bars lit up, the very bottom one and the one in the middle.
Hope this makes sense

These have separate evaps for fridge and freezer. Have you checked for icing?

fridge defrost and fridge fan errors…. likely to be duff def sensor, and / or defrost heater and / or drain heater ….and probably needs new evap cover too . Up to 5 years old, and Samsung will do this free for the customer

Thanks for the replies
Told customer to try samsung as per ypur advice she just rang me to thank me and to let me know they will repair it free of charge.
Why would they do this when it outside the warranty period??
