    I have a samsung SR-L36 fridge freezer (its a frost free type) that makes a short whining/moaning noise after the fridge door is closed. It doesn’t happen when the freezer door is closed.
    I tried leaving it off for 24 hours in case some ice has built up somewhere, but it didn’t affect the fault
    I’m guessing there’s a pump that removes the air around, but I haven’t been able to find a service manual to track it down.

    Can anyone help?
