There is power in the machine but no lights or display, customer said she was getting an error code for a while but unfortunately can’t remember what. Any ideas greatly appreciated,I know the locks fail but I would have thought the lights would come on when a prog is selected, cheers Paul

That’s a blinding description for a fault I must say. No lights, a hint of an error code then dead…..brilliant! :rolls:

Sat sitting here staring at the screen and I can’t even hazard a guess mate except to ask you for this additional information if you will….What have you checked so far on your onecall visit?

Door switch operating peg is a caution on these, is that OK? But then at least the light would be on busted or not. So, have you got power to the control panel at all?

Give me more info and I’ll fix it for ya whilst I’m sat here! 😆

TBH , if you’ve got power to the main board and the displays not lit up , its prob the board thats gone .

The error code was probably F11

When the lock fails usually it will count down but wont start, sounds like the pcb
