ParticipantI delivered one of the above and found a problem which looks like is a problem to that model. Run it with no clothes in it and all is well. However with a load in, the programs with low tumble speeds (super short, wool and delicates) cause the drum to jerk round rather than smothly rotate. After changing the motor and module I tried another machine and got the same result. Has any one come across this and is their a solution?
Regards.

Hi Mike
I have sold quite a few of these models and not come across this problem 😕
You say you changed the motor and module and still had the same problem, even replaced it with exact same model and got the same fault. 😮
Have you tested the machine somewhere else to elimate supply issue ❓

Yep, tried one in the workshop. Next time you have one, try it with a load in on super short.

Will do. 🙂
What size load did you have in as these programs are only 1/2 load ❓

Hi Guys re the above problem we are due out to one with the same fault.
was it as suggested a case of being overloaded, customer misuse by putting in full load.

Take a small load with you and try it, I think the manual says 2kg. I swaped mine out for a different make to solve the problem, but I would be very interested to hear how you get on as I have others waiting to go out.

Mike.As it turns out it was not the same problem this is happening on all programmes not just the quick wash so it will either be motor or pcb. will repost when spares arrive and job is completed
