Hi customer phoned about this machine it seams to stop just before it takes the softner with a tapping noise from behind the soap draw, but if she turns it off then back on it will start and finish the program. Can anyone help please thanks. Les

Sounds like its the motorised water diverter not going to correct position. You can look in a little window & it will say position 1 2 3 etc
