    Just had a young lad ring me asking if it would be possible for me to call and fix his HEC washing machine this morning?

    “HEC?” never heard of it, where did you buy it?”…..”Argos”…..”Where do you live?”….”Newbury”…..”That’s a HEC of a way away for me to travel, what’s wrong with it?”…..HEC I don’t know!”……”Oh HEC…try RDS?”…”Do you happen to have their number?”….Oh HEC no, sorry!”

    HEC is a badge name of product sold by Haier through Argos and other affiliated retailers.

    Warranty service and spares are provided by JTM.

    Ah thanks for that Jackal will note that for next time I hear of one.:D

    (Doubt if this young lad will take that route though when he heard I charge £55 the chances are JTM will be a tad more?)
