    Customer stated that the Stops light was on all the time and the machine would not switch off.

    When I got to have a look at the machine, the Stop light was flashing as you would expect to signal EOP… however, when she then turned the dial to the OFF position the light continued to flash and then when she pressed the start button the machine when into WASH mode…. The only way to cancel the wash was to pause the program and wait for 3 mins for it to cancel the program itself.. but when it did, the Stop light went out.

    Anyone got any ideas on this one? Board maybe?

    board it is mate remember its a smart card or eeprom job as well

    dont forget if you order a smart card, u need the low end adapter to program that pcb.. u can still buy a programmed eprom, but not sure if u can buy a pcb without one… like jim says, emw is best option for that machine

    Thanks for the confirmation guys …

    I’ve gotta go out to it this afternoon, but TBH, being as it is still doing the full wash with no problems I think she will proberbly wait until it breaks and wont fullfill the job before getting it done.
