Seen the Smeg WMF16A1 available for £350 which seems good value?

Any opinions on this washer would be appreciated!

Much rather have the Bosch WAE28366 for the same price with it`s two year warranty anyday.

I’ve also been offered a Bosch WAS32469GB second hand (but only 6 months old) for £400. Worth it over a new WAE28366?

Several issues arise re private sale. Obvious one is why are they selling after such a short space of time? If you know the sellers personally and it`s a geunine reason for the sale then fine. Otherwise tread carefully.

The guarantee is the most important area as the purchase reciept will show the original comsumer details, they may have registered the appliance to gain the second year guarantee in which case I don`t think the guarantee will be transferrable.

The WAE28366 may just be the better option.
