Im on with a drum bearing job on this machine. (What a pig!!)
Got the tub out and removed the bolts around it. I then noticed there are about 30 odd clips moulded onto it from the outer tub holding it togeather. How on this planet are you suppost to seperate them without damaging the tub?
Im really stuck on this one.
    Anyone done this before?
    Thanks..
    Rob.

You have to cut, hack, chisel or break them off the best way you can, a drum seal or bearing kit usually has extra screws in addition to the ones already fitted.

BSH engineers are advised to use side cutters and chop the latches off at right angles to the tubshell.
