Hi guys,
The call centre is now live although there has been a few hiccups.
The main one currently being that the 0844 number for Amica is not currently on the remote platform so, no calls routed here yet.
You can advise customers temporarily to us the DDI number for the Amica office which is, 01563 557 158.
