    Alternatively, there are firms that will manufacture a one off element for about £60.

    Looks like a very common shape. Elementman gives all dimensions of all elements he stocks together with OEM p/no.s. I often browse through there when I’m looking for something to match an overpriced part, then buy it off Connect or Masterpart.
