    Customer presses start button, it beeps and the first, second and fourth light down the front flash. Any ideas what this code means?

    I don’t know but I wouldn’t mind betting it’s to do with turning it off before cool-down and the TOC on the heater has tripped? 💡

    Thats what i hoped for but went earlier and all seems well but couldn’t get it to fire up 😕

    do 1st , 2nd and 4th led’s equate to drying , iron dry and end ? If so , the thats F:11 which is a control fault detected which normally means a new control module i think !!
