MACHINE STOPPED WHILST IN RINSE HOLD MODE, WATER PART DRAINED

there is no water intake or drain action
are we sure brushes are the problem

dont question when 2 people say the same thing its like asking the audience you got a majority vote now 3 of us are saying check the brushes
a lot of machines check things before they start some hotpoint and indesit wont Start unless motor has circuit through armature some whirlpools wont start if the heater goes down
so the moral of the story is if it wont start look for simple things first

ps the brushes are only the most likely fault there are other causes
