    Hi,

    914521912(00)

Customer complains that machine has overheated on three different low
temp (40C) washes to the extent that the glass door is too hot to touch and
the utility room is abnormally hot when entered.

    Machine will finish program.

Is there a known problem with these or am I to first try an NTC replacement
in the heater or suspect the board?

Can the heater mounted stat be purchased separately?

    Thanks

    Laurence

Would be trying a new NTC first. Theres a heater in it with fuses in line so you must replace with same, check part num’ on flange of old heater to be sure. NTC not listed as spare on its own but comes in new heater. Board could also be at fault though.
