ive got this call to go to and the customer says that its overheating, at the end of the cycle the utility room was full of steam and the clothes were too hot to touch, the machine is definatley connected to the cold water supply, and it still seems to be completing the cycle ok, she has tried it a couple of times with the same result, the only thing that i can think of is the heater relay sticking? but ive never come across this fault before, just after a clue before i attend

    thanks paul

definatly connected to cold, i changed the ntc with no joy, then quoted her for pcb which is just short of £80 which i thought was worth spending on a 3yr old bosh, but she decided to go out and buy a indesit 😯

    cheers for the replies
