    Ordered a door assy for an aqualtis from hotpoint and it came damaged in top right corner so reordered and that one came damaged top right corner and so it went on!…… now waiting for door number five to turn up tomoz! Any one else ordered one of these lately? Customer doesn’t belive a word of it by now of course.

    Hotpoint. They were cheapest and they’ve been fine sending replacements but having to pay each time and wait for refunds. It’s got cheaper each time too for the hassle, If this next one is damaged too number six will probably be free! 😀

    had the same problem with a tumble dryer lid no matter how well they packed it got broke
    no 4 arrived ok otherwise supplier would not supply any more due to costs
    wasnt my fault badly packed and rough handling
