This m/c is freezing during a wash, the customer left it for me today and it had advanced to the final rinse. You have to switch it off for it to restart and selecting the X will not reset when the start button is pressed. Once off it will continue from were it stuck.

Had similar thing with this at the start of the year, replaced the main pcb and it resolved. Seems strange it has failed again.

Checked the usual suspects and the m/c cones back fine?

    You replaced the main PCB? 😯 Bl**dy Nora, they’re over £230…!!! 😥

When it sticks are any of the LED’s flashing by any chance?

    Main suspects are: –

    Motor brushes…..
    Gunge in air chamber………
    Duff inlet valve coil…………
Earth leak on dryer blower fan motor………..

My money is on the motor being the problem but let me know if any LED’s show up when it shuts down…OK?

    No lights flashing

Brushes are fine, motor readings are high
    Checked inlet valves all ok
    Cleaned out air chamber

Havent checked the dry motor, she never uses the drying side so ill check that

    Cheers

Never have found one where that worked 😕 .
Could be a brush sticking or making intermittent contact due to wear. (In case you just checked continuity.)

was this ever resolved? got one doing just the same, freezes on rinse, only flicking the mains plug on and off will re start it.
defo not valves, air chamber, pump or any earth leak. Will wash fine and only freezes on rinse, final one, no flashing leds.
