    Hello,

I have what seems to be an easy problem to fix – I need to change my cold water inlet valve. I have taken the panel off but I can’t seem to get the inlet valve out – what am I doing wrong? Not sure I want to twist and turn the plastic bits to just force it out without knowing I am on the right track.

    Thanks for any help…

Remove the 2 screws holding the plastic collar and pull the valve straight up. Get a new rubber seal to put on the new valve as the old one may leak if reused. Dont swap the hot valve over as the cold valve is proportional.
