Ariston mba3832v over freezing

I went out to this on Friday. All 3 illuminations were flashing and the freezer was frozen solid to the point that I couldn’t remove the baskets.
The wet wall at the back of the fridge compartment was beginning to form a lump of ice also. I would imagine this was due to the face that it’s over running.
It’s a module controlled fridge freezer.
I have had a look on connect to see if I could find sensors but there doesnt seem to be any listed for it.
I presume the 3 flashing led’s indicate a fault code.
Does anybody know what the fault code is and if the sensors are changeable?
