Whirlpool ADP7740

Have this dishwasher with a blown track on main pcb (drain pump terminal)

Initial fault start light flashing 4 times, but will not cancel.

Have had pcb repaired by QER but still will not reset or program.

Cannot change any program setting, just rinse light 1st one and start light flashing continously 4times.

Have checked all internal componenets nothing obvious.

Any suggestions have i missed something?
Is there a test procedure on this one.

Is this a PCB fault.
