    Hi
    I aquired a large Iarp fridge (AB500 PV) and the door seal although fine otherwise is very dirty, having pulled it off the door (and seen the price of a replacement seal 😯 ) I was wondering if i could throw it in the dishwasher at 60 Degs or if that would trash it?

    Since no one seemed to know I eventually found out that the plastic used for fridge seals is only stable to about 65 degs, so the likelihood of it being trashed in a 50deg dishwash was pretty high.
    Did it the hard way and several hours later it looked great and went back on nice and easily
