Fan motor very noisy is there a way to make it quiet again

I have a Hotpoint EW74G and the cooker is only 3 years old but used daily and recently the fan motor has become quite noisy. Is this a sign that its failing as we are getting paranoid that if we leave it it will decide to pack up over christmas.

Is there a way to do something to make it sound quiter it sound graity and noisy but is spinning ok without slowing down and speeding up.
