    Hi this machine starts then the delay and start flash 5 times ifound that the machine was syphoning repaired that but still flashing 5 times fault code says NTC Error HELP is this located in the heater.

    If you look above the heater. Thats your NTC. It senses the water temperature.

    Yank on the two wires I bet one or both come away from the NTC.

    Crimp on two new spade connectors, and Bobs your uncle!
