    Hi,
I know this is a simple fault but its driving me mad.
Its a hotpoint wt960 and its not taking conditioner. I put it on the rinses and waited 20 mins to get to the right part but it just fills in the powder compartment. There are no blockages in the jets in the roof, which i’ve had loads, and the water valves seem to be reading correctly.
There are no fault codes produced and the machine does go through to the end.
Has any body got any ideas or is it a pcb.

    Many thanks

    Nick

It’s the version with the double valve but it pushes into the dispenser unit.

I put a really long cable tie up the holes to clean it out.

Well on the assumption there’s plenty of cold water pressure and the channels are clear I think it’s best to replaced the valve and see if that sorts it.
