Has anyone come across this problem before? It’s regarding the grill burner with floppy flames licking out of the cavity. Grill burner and top oven thermostat have been replaced but have made no difference. Our engineer believes there is a cooling fan. Should this run all the time and does it affect the burner flame? The correct injector is installed. This is a fault which developed between uses. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Your Engineers is right there should be a fan at the rear of the oven which is controled by a PCB it cuts in after a short time then can run on after the oven is switched off
The flames are being starved of air Check out the fan by using a direct Feed.. If not its the PCB

Thanks barneyb. I’ll send him with a cooling fan and PCB and hopefully we’ll knock this one on the head. I appreciate your help. Cheers.
