    has any one got any info on regestering for amica work,ie the ones i have sold in the past.

    You can’t go back in time I’m afraid Dave and the seller service system isn’t live yet anyways. 😉

    lol i know you cant go back in time , if i could i might have chosen a diffrent job.no what i mean is that i have heard that amica will let you look after the items you have sold within the warrenty time .i have sold lots!!.is it true if so whens it happening ,and how do you go about joining.

    Hi Dave,

    What I meant was that you can’t go back and retrospectively register machines sold in the past, only from the point of the system going live. IIRC you have about a month or so to register them and, after that, you can’t. So, the system won’t allow you to go back too far in time.

    There are obvious reasons for this, the main one being fair play shall we say.

    What you can do however is sign up as an Amica agent and, in all probability, you’d get the calls anyway and that’s especially so if the service level is better in your area.

    Details of the forum were posted here along with some other info but I may not have been 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} clear on it. I’ll post up a general thing later I reckon in the trade work section.

    thank you,i did think that i might of been sent some info on this ,as im a member of the wta,i can see that other members have been sent info .did i miss my subscription.and i did ask about the id cards a long time ago i still have no info,tracy said i should of receved some mail regarding this,but ive had none.

    Yeah, we’re a bit behind on that TBH Dave sadly.
