    Hi

First request for help on this forum.

This W/M PNC 914525538/01 developed a fault that came up with E20.

However when I called the pump was the only thing working – not in a flood mode as float resting on base – the machine not filling or no motor action even on spin. No fault codes show and the timer counts down the minutes.

Is the machine thinking that there is water in the tub?

Any help would be appreciated as would any service info for the beast.

    Thanks in advance

I seem to remember these AEG’s will pump out continuously with the door open. Was the door locking? Could be a new lock or lock+module 🙁 .

Thanks for the suggestion but the door does lock.

As I said the machine has no action other than the pump running continuously.

The water level system is not a mechanical pressure switch but appears to be electronic using a pressure tube for operation as normal. Anyone know how to check this?

Go into service mode, fill with water & empty again.
This seems to reset the level sometimes.
If level is not at zero at the start of cycle it will not take in water so basically it will run pump until level is detected at zero level.
Worth checking for blockages in drain hose pipe, sump hose etc.
