going here tomorrow and the cust says the machine starts fine runs for abour 3 mins heats up fine then completley shuts down no lights etc.any thoughts

went here and pulled it into the w/shop today.
the machine runs fine then after a minute or two the whole thing shuts down switch off and back on and still nothing waited about 5 mins and it was back this time ran for about 20secs and done it again.has anybody had anything like this before,could this be a cut out? any advice appreciated before i start pulling it apart.cheers chris
