    had to fit door seal to above machine this is the one with wire band clip with two loops and hook to join both ends together has anyone found a way to put this pig back i have fitted a spring band from old hotpoint 9500 seems to ok

    there is a special tool for this its part no. 5500050.

    I think I read on here that a Zanussi gaiter spring will go on these.

    thanks for the info guys i did use a gaiter spring seems to be ok will buy the special tool if its not a silly price
