hi pnc 944182625 this oven works ok but the cooling fan runs constantly. Am i right in thinking the thermal cut out my be shorted out inside as it does look black and burned.thanks.

These cut outs are very fallable; although they usually go O/C and the oven will shut down. Part number 8996619267611 is the “Limitor” thermal switch you need.
