Smeg fridge not cooling.

Hello, the fridge section of our Smeg FAB40P fridge freezer has stopped cooling. The freezer section is fine but perhaps a little warmer than normal and we no longer hear the cooling cycle run. We have looked at the fan inside the freezer section and it wasn’t running, although it was able to spin freely by hand. There is also some ice on the insulated tube on the back of the unit. The serial number is 60216 0329 0. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
