    Message on answerphone, not spoken to customer yet so no idea of fault etc.

    Who makes this model, Whirlpool or BSH?

    jim check the bsh site, if it doesnt recognise the tdk code then its unlikey to be true bosch, maybe bosch/fagor linkup tho
