    Customer just phoned said this machine has stopped and the door lock light is flashing also the super wash and the 1200/600 light
    can anyone help please

    Ask her to give you the flashing lights by number from top down then check in the Known Error Codes thread, all in there.

    However, if it is 2+4 then the pressure switch is stuck on full. She needs to check the pump filter. 😉
