    Hi, the whole of the bottom spinning arm was loose in the bottom of the dishwasher. The dishwasher drains but will not wash.
    The first light on the left is flashing.

    Any ideas please?

    The arm coming loose has allowed water to leak into the base.

    You need to tip the machine onto left hand side ( from front) to drain out the water, then remove the base to allow you to tighten up the lower spray arm nozzle properly.

    All with the mains plug removed of course and plenty of towels on the floor.
