We have had the above about 6 years it as started to go to high temp. both fridge and freezer the freezer seems to be suffering the worst. It goes high temp then returns to normal, the fault does not seem the same as others I have read on the site there is no excessive noise. Any ideas on problem?

If you can get someone to look after your food.
Turn the fridge freezer off for 48 hours with the doors open to allow it to defrost.
If this cures the fault and the fault returns within a couple of months then you have a fault with the defrost system and you will need an engineer to repair it.
