    I gave it some windeze but that didn’t sort it 😆

    But seriously I went to this today I couldn’t find anything at fault so presumed it to be a board fault, however after searching on here, there a couple of posts with the same fault but no follow up. One mentions putting the machine into diagnostic mode, but I don’t know how to do that. There is no follow up on either post so I am not sure what the end result was.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Have found them to come back to life if you bring in water & empty them in service mode.
    Make sure you check pump/filter/hoses for blockages as machine always empties first before filling.
    If you provide an e-mail address perhaps someone will send you the necessary info’..

    check all the heaters in the appliance for earth leakage with an insulation tester, getting quite common on these zanussi appliances now.

    Returned to this tonight, and ran it through the service mode, everything checked out ok. So I plugged in a new heater and sure enough the machine came back to life 😀 nice one chaps.
