    This Indes**t is showing F12, (comms error), I’ve tightened connections between the boards to no avail. Is it likely to need main board or both ?

    My money would be on main PCB but it could be either, EMW will test them and only repair on request if faulty.

    I have took a chance on it being main board and quoted accordingly 😉
    customer is currently pondering.

    Just updating this, fitted main board from EMW yesterday and all seems well 🙂
