    Hi everyone

    my vision hd 1600 door won’t unlock and i just wondered if anyone knows of any tricks we could do to try and open it?

    so far i’ve tried unplugging it and leaving it for over 3 hours and i’ve checked the filter area for a blockage and spinning it a few times.

    it will still wash, spin and drain but it just won’t unlock, so i’m not sure what it could be?
