customer reporting F13 on dry first one of these I’ve seen first impressions not good. wheres the overheat (toc/oneshot) stat? is this safe?
however motor and element ok so assumed ntc ordered a new c00083915 connected but hanging outside the box everything seemed ok but then found it was slightly different size would not fit . the original is black the new is brown.

is the new bagged wrong? it this the right part? where am I going wrong?

I’m sure the one shot is built into the element, the thermistor is just the same one as the wash thermistor on the washing machines, can be brown or black, a word of warning ive come across two now with the lifters melted into the drum so obviously the one shot did mot blow????, jj

just to update on this. some of these HAVE been bagged wrong at indesit got connect to check and they have now gone through their stock and I now have the right part in the bag with the same number. so save yourself some time if you need one if its got a brown connection IT WONT FIT even if it says 083915 on the bag.
