    went to this machine and it wasnt drying the orange wire going the the thermistor in the rubber hose was broken result! reconnected tested ok,
    now customer has phoned to say it stops mid program and seems to overheat on wash, any ideas welcome!
    its badly integrated and i wasted ages trying to find the original dryer fault.
    i dont have much luck with zanussi washer dryers.

    In accessing the condenser NTC you accidentally disconnected the Heater NTC plug-in connector on re-assembly maybe?

    good shout its the usual story a job for a letting agent outside my area,
    badly integrated machine, in a hurry to get finished make a mistake?

    got it into a diagnostics mode it was coming up E13 (LEAKING) i took the back of the cabinet off checked for leaks checked wiring checked thermostats,i think the hose was kinked, of course i didnt think to try it first. keeping fingers crossed again.
