    Hi,
    I have a new world DW60 that we have had for around 7yrs, over the past few weeks whilst it has been running it has made some loud whiring sounds, which I have ignored. The machine has now not emptied from the last cycle. I am fairly handy with fixing things, but I need a few pointers on where to start looking for the fault.

    I know in the past we have had an engineer out because it failed to empty previously with the engineer just putting his hand in to click the re-sent button.

    Likely theres something fouling the pump impellor.

    hi thanks for the comments, can you give me a brief description & possible location of the impellor
