I suppose it’s a tad early to expect someone else to have come across this but it’s worth a shot.

This machine fills no matter what program you set it on. If you put it on spin it will do the spin correctly however it is filling the whole time althought he pump is faster than the valve so it does eventually finish. However when it finishes the cycle the valve remains energised and the machine continues to fill. Switching the machine off with the on/off button does not stop the fill, however as soon as the pressure switch activates the fill stops.

I have insulation tested the machine and it is fine. I have checked the heater and motor circuits and they are fine. I visually checked the module for any abnormalities and there are none.

I am thinking this has to be a module fault.

    Anyone have any other ideas?

    Bazza

    I would say PCB.

    How old is this one?

As you say not come across this one?
strange how its still fills when off but stops when switch registers level 😕

Machine must be getting a supply from somewhere to control both these?
I assume socket wiring not reversed, if no shorts?

    Got to be Board.

This machine was purchased dec ’09 (not from me).

I never checked the socket polarity but it has worked up until now so I would doubt that (unless she has had electrical work carried out in the meantime of course . 😕 )

It’s got to be the PCB surely……….
