Got this one to go to on Friday, customer reports that the machine runs through the program for a short while then stops and displays F18. I have checked the known error codes and F18 is ‘Fault on control board, check Eeprom’, my question is, as I don’t have the hardware key or smart card reader etc am I going to be able to help this customer other than replacing his module with one from EMW? 😕 😳

Changing the board is the only option without the software/laptop to reprogramme the eeprom.
